Being acknowledged for your excellent performance is undeniably one of the most powerful motivators in the workplace. It only shows that the employees are valued, while simultaneously reflecting the company’s sincere appreciation for the unique contributions of each team member.
At CIIT College of Arts and Technology, we ensure our community provides an environment where professionals can freely express themselves and have the opportunity to showcase their skills. To recognize and applaud the dedication and commitment of our employees, we hosted the CIIT Annual Awards 2023. Held on February 13, 2024, this event brought together staff, managers, and board members to commend the exceptional achievements of the awardees from the previous fiscal year.
