Start your senior high journey with CIIT! From the comfort of your own home, you can effortlessly complete the entire senior high admissions process, including filling out the application form, paying the application fee, and taking the assessment exam – all securely online.
Follow the simple steps below to ensure a successful senior high admission experience and pave the way to a brighter future.
Go to https://admissions.ciit.edu.ph/ and fill in the form. Take note that the email address you’ll use to create the account will receive all admission updates and notifications.
Who can create an account?
After registering your COAST account, you’ll be prompted to choose between Senior High School or College Application. Click the button that’s appropriate to you and fill in the necessary details. After, you will be redirected to your dashboard. Simply click the Continue your Application button.
CIIT aims to give you the best education possible. But to do that, we have to know what you need from us by answering the Mental and Medical Health Forms. Note that all information provided will be held in the strictest confidence, according to the Philippine Data Privacy Law.
Settle the PHP 500 non-refundable fee to continue your application process and book an exam. To do so, go to your Student Dashboard, click Continue Your Application, select the Exam Payment icon, and click the Pay Here button. You will be redirected to our PayMongo page where you can process and pay for your fee online.
You can settle your payment via the following methods:
Schedule your exam after you’ve settled your fees. Do this as soon as you can as we only have limited slots for enrollees. The earlier you take your exam, the higher your chances of securing a spot at CIIT!
To schedule your exam, click the Exam Details icon. We’ll then send you an email confirming your slot.
Note that you can only schedule your exams from Monday to Saturday and that you’ll only have 48 hours to finish them.
For example:
In case there is a need to reschedule, simply click the Exam Details icon and click the Request for Exam Reschedule button. Take note that the new exam date will still be subject to confirmation.
You’re almost done with your admissions process! All that’s left is taking the exam.
On the day of your scheduled exam, go to your Student Dashboard, click Continue Your Application, and select the Exam Details icon. This page will contain all the information that you need for your test, including instructions and the actual link to your test.
You can take your exam any time within the day as long as you finish it by 11:59 PM the following day.
When we evaluate your exam answers, we’re not just checking your score. We’re also looking at your personal growth and determining how we can help you in your educational journey. Thus, we also consult with our faculty, industry partners and experts, and our staff on how we can improve our curriculum to meet your needs for the incoming school year.
You’ll be hearing from us after at least 10 business days for the result of your exams. You can also view the status of your results in the Student Dashboard, click Continue Your Application, and select the Exam Result icon.
After successfully passing the admission exam, you can pay your Reservation Fee. We encourage you to reserve your slot as early as possible because we can only accept a limited number of students per year.
As soon as enrollment starts, you will be able to submit your enrollment requirements on COAST. Upload your properly scanned documents and ID photo by going to the Student Dashboard, clicking Continue Your Application, and selecting the Enrollment icon.
Encountered errors in your COAST Application? Simply file a ticket to request a change or update your information. To file a ticket, log in to your COAST account and click the Need Help button. Fill in the fields and make sure to include all of the necessary information so we can resolve your ticket right away.
