College Enrollment

1

For Incoming College Freshmen

  • Full Grade 12 report card with remarks “Promoted/Eligible for Transfer to College”
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • 2×2 ID picture
  • Signed Consent form
  • Certificate of Rating (for ALS Graduates only)
  • Certification of Non-Issuance of Form 137 (for students with Gap Year)
  • Medical Clearance/Certificate
For Incoming College Transferees and Second Courser
  • Transfer Credential/ Honorable Dismissal
  • Certified True Copy of Grade or Transcript of Records
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • 2×2 ID Picture
  • Accomplished Evaluation Form in COAST (for Transferees only)
  • Signed Consent Form
  • Certificate of Rating (for ALS Graduates only)
  • ALS Form 5 Learners Permanent Record (AF-5) (for ALS Graduates only)
  • Certification of Non-issuance of Form 137 (for students with Gap Year)
  • Medical Clearance/Certificate

Once the requirements are verified, the student will receive a set of emails containing the following:

  • Registration link from Edusuite
  • Online Enrollment Instructions in Edusuite
  • CIIT Email Account
 

Fill in the New Account Registration Form on Edusuite. Once your submitted documents are verified, you will receive an email containing your CIIT Email account. It is important to access your CIIT Email Account and reset the email password in order to continue receiving Edusuite links. All enrollment-related links and announcements will be sent via the CIIT Email Account.

The student registers and views their enlisted subjects in Edusuite. First-year students are assigned to block sections so choosing specific subjects and schedules are not allowed.

The student chooses a payment scheme and views the assessment of fees in Edusuite.

Settle the payment in Edusuite. The student can settle the payment via credit/debit cards, online banking, over-the-counter bank payments, e-Wallets, and payment centers.

Once payment is received, the student is notified that they are officially enrolled via SMS and email.

Senior High School Enrollment

1

For Incoming Grade 11 students
  • Form 138 (Grade 10 report card) with remarks “Promoted/Eligible for Transfer to Grade 11”
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • 2×2 ID Picture
  • Signed Consent Form
  • ESC Certificate/QVR Certificate
  • ALS Form 5 Learners Permanent Record (AF-5) (for ALS Graduates only)
  • Certificate of Non-issuance of Form 137 (for students with Gap Year)
  • Medical Clearance/Certificate

Once the requirements are verified, the parent will receive an Edusuite Registration link via email together with the online enrollment instructions in Edusuite.

Settle the payment in Edusuite. The parent can settle the payment via credit/debit cards, online banking, over-the-counter bank payments, e-wallets, and payment centers.

Once payment is received, the student is notified that they are officially enrolled via SMS and email.

Specialist Courses and Summer Workshop Enrollment

REGISTER: Fill out the Specialist Online Form

Accomplish the Registration Form. Choose your preferred payment scheme then click “Submit.”

WAIT FOR AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Once your registration is verified by your designated Admissions Officer, a payment link will be sent to your provided email address.

Settle your fees immediately to secure your slot.

Once your payment has been posted, please expect an enrollment confirmation sent to your provided email address. A separate class onboarding guidelines will be sent to your email 1-3 days before the start of your class (if not found, check your spam folder), which contains all class information that you will need for the course.

Corporate and Bootcamp Enrollment

Inquire with our Admissions Officer.

Contact us through any of these channels and an Admission Officer will assist you with the application process for your preferred course/workshop.

Settle Payment.

Once your payment scheme is confirmed with your Admissions Officer, you may now settle your payment at our Payment Portal.

Once the forms and payment have been verified, an enrollment confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

An onboarding guideline will be sent to your email 2-3 days before the start of your class, which contains all class information that you will need for the course.
