ABOUT OUR SHS ABM PROGRAM

Learn to navigate today’s digital economy with a modern business mindset. This track builds your basics in financial management, enterprise and marketing in the modern workplace. So get yourself technologically equipped to take on the corporate organizations of tomorrow. The Accounting, Business and Management (ABM) strand under the Department of Education’s SHS Academic Track is a new CIIT SHS offering. As a CIIT SHS ABM student, you will be trained under a list of specialized subjects to start and run a business.

What Will I Learn

Acquire relevant specialized skills aligned towards modern enterprise practices anchored on multimedia arts and technology. Find opportunities and problems that can be solved by innovative business ideas. Discover the science of understanding what consumers want and need and ensure that a venture is profitable and sustainable. You will study seven to ten (7 – 10) subjects per semester. General academic subjects will be delivered via lecture while specialized subjects will be taught through a lab-based format.

GRADE 11

Following the most essential learning competencies of the academic track in Accounting, Business and Management, you will learn the basic concepts of how to put up a business through the following specialized subjects.

What Scholarships Can I Apply To

INTERWEAVE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

A 50% to 100% fee remission is offered to incoming Gr11 students with excellent JHS grades
